SOFTWARE LICENSE The license holder is granted the right to use the software within clearly defined conditions.

SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE TURFSPORT undertakes to maintain the software with functional enhancements and bug fixes. We will ensure that the software remains relevant and complies with required regulations.

SOFTWARE SUPPORT TURFSPORT will provide support for licensed software including:

– Technical error-corrections
– Recovery and backup information
– Consultation on specific application problems provided the malfunctions do not fall outside the terms of the agreement
